All Grain Recipe Equivalents to Common Extracts

On this page I will give you all the common all grain recipe equivalents to common extracts. This will be tremendously helpful for extract brewers who are moving to all grain but have developed their own recipes. It may also be helpful for those who have found a good extract recipe but enjoy brewing all grain. All the conversions are going to be given in percentages so you can apply them to any volume of brewing. These recipes are available publicly and are available on the Extract Data Sheet from the malting facility. Some extracts are a propitiatory blend from one malting facility but another may have the equivalent and their grains are posted. In those cases I made the adjustment based on available data. Truth is, many of these extracts are very similar from producer to producer so I’m confident these blends are very close whether you are using Breiss or Mailliard extracts.
