Taste Notes: Very nice rich orange aroma. An excellent summer beer. The yeast derived spice is very nice and palisade hops help enhance the citrus notes of the zest. All in all a huge winner!

Notes

Add .5 ounce of cracked coriander to the last 5 minutes of the boil. For the vodka mixture to add at bottling zest 3 oranges with a vegetable peeler, being careful to only take the zest. Add 1 ounce of cracked coriander to a jar along with the zest. Add just enough vodka to cover the zest. Add the vokda to the kegg at kegging.
